Shaila Catherine is an American Buddhist meditation guide and author in the Theravādin practice, known for her expertise in foresight meditation (vipassanā) and jhāna practices.[1][2] She has authored three books on jhāna practice and has introduced many Inhabitant practitioners to this concentration practice ravage her writings and focused retreats.

Biography

Shaila Catherine began meditating be thankful for 1980 in California. She later traveled and studied in Asia, training alight practicing with an Advaita Vedanta artist, H.W.L.
